1. Definitions and Interpretation

• Limit yourself to one Account per person. Multiple Accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mc118 accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank transfers via Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon.
• E-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Other payment methods as may be made available from time to time at mc118's sole discretion.

3.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but typically range from Rp 50,000 to Rp 100,000. Maximum deposit limits are displayed during the deposit process.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are typically processed instantly for bank transfers and e-wallets, though processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
• mc118 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.
• Once deposited, funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met (see Section 4.2).

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

mc118 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. We reserve the right to investigate any deposits that appear suspicious or inconsistent with your Account activity. Accounts used for money laundering purposes will be immediately closed, funds confiscated, and relevant authorities notified.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Requests

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name matching the name on your mc118 Account.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is typically Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your Account verification status and loyalty tier.
• First-time withdrawal requests require successful completion of the KYC verification process, including submission and approval of identity documents.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours under normal circumstances, though processing time may be extended during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required.
• mc118 reserves the right to charge withdrawal fees, though we currently offer fee-free withdrawals for most payment methods. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm your withdrawal request.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To prevent fraudulent activity and money laundering, all deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x wagering requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. Funds associated with bonuses are subject to specific bonus wagering requirements as detailed in Section 5.

4.3 Withdrawal Refusal

mc118 reserves the right to refuse withdrawal requests and conduct additional investigation if:

• Your identity cannot be satisfactorily verified.
• Suspicious betting patterns or potential bonus abuse is detected.
• Your Account is flagged for possible terms violations.
• Outstanding wagering requirements have not been met.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms include:

The mc118 loyalty program rewards regular players with tiered benefits including cashback, birthday bonuses, priority support, and faster withdrawals. Loyalty tier status is reviewed monthly based on total wagering volume. mc118 reserves the right to modify loyalty program benefits, tier requirements, and point redemption rates at any time.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are subject to the specific rules of each game type (sports betting, casino games, slots, togel). Specific game rules are available within each game interface.
• Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or amended except in cases of obvious technical error.
• mc118 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors, technical malfunctions, fraudulent activity, or if the integrity of a betting market has been compromised.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, mc118's decision is final.

6.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

• For football betting, if a match is abandoned or postponed for more than 48 hours, all bets will typically be voided unless otherwise stated in specific market rules.

• Official results as determined by the governing sports body are used for bet settlement. Subsequent appeals or overturned results do not affect already-settled bets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets.
• Exploitation of technical errors or software vulnerabilities.
• Arbitrage betting across multiple platforms or markets.
• Sharing Account access or betting on behalf of others.
• Any form of fraudulent, abusive, or unethical behavior.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

7.1 Suspension by mc118

mc118 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable laws.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within requested timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or suspicious betting patterns.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 6.3.
• Extended periods of Account inactivity (typically 12 months or more).

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players concerned about their gambling behavior may request self-exclusion for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to access your Account or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed until the chosen period expires. For permanent self-exclusion, your Account will be closed permanently with no option to reopen.

7.3 Closure by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after fulfilling wagering requirements and clearing any pending disputes) will be returned to you. Bonuses and loyalty points will be forfeited upon Account closure.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the mc118 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, and trademarks, is the property of mc118 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 9. Limitation of Liability

9.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, mc118 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform or Services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
